• Evaluate your independence and ability to live unassisted at home
• Ascertain if home health care is suitable for you
• Decide on the appropriate mode of payment for which you are eligible (out-of-pocket, private insurance, or Medicare/Medicaid)
• Learn about managing health at home for the elderly, the disabled, or clients with conditions requiring a medical professional’s close attention and coordination
